# What's New

> Recent improvements to ThreatAware Protect

This page summarises notable platform changes. The current version chip (visible next to the logo on Device Explorer) reads **Protect 3.2.0**.

### Studio / Reporting refresh

* **Pinned apps in the left rail** — published Studio apps now appear as first-class navigation items
* **New app gallery layout** with View / Build tabs and template starter cards
* **Schedule Studio PDFs** is rolling out for select apps

### Vitals enhancements

* **Cross-tool functioning detection** — Protect now distinguishes between an offline device and a broken agent more accurately by widening the comparison window
* **Tag-scoped requirements** are computed off the four-boolean Vital model (`required`, `deployed`, `functioning`, `configuredCorrectly`) — see [Reference → Vitals states](/reference/vitals-states)
* New **Vitals Configuration** UI accessible from any column gear in the Devices grid

### Action Center

* **Snapshot Action progress bars** now show colour-coded status (green / amber / red) based on deadline proximity
* **Day MTTR** as a first-class metric on Continuous Action cards
* New automation templates: **Move to Blocked Security Group**, **Isolate Device**, **Reboot Device**

### Inventory & search

* **Natural-language queries** in the command bar (Device Explorer) for AI-enabled tenants
* **Software Inventory** tag-first picker (configurable in [Settings → Misc](/settings/misc))
* **User Inventory** with cross-correlated accounts and recent-devices view

### Integrations

* Multiple new EDR and identity integrations added to the catalogue
* Faster initial sync for large estates via parallel API pulling
* **AWS Account / IP Whitelist Info** link surfaced on the Integrations page

### Access & admin

* Four canonical default roles surfaced clearly at [Settings → Roles](/settings/roles): Super Admin, Analyst, Viewer, Limited Viewer
* **Schemas** page added at [Settings → Schemas](/settings/schemas) for AI / Studio access control
* **API Access** page improvements with X-RAY view and longer-lived token support

### Platform

* New **Device Explorer** globe rendering with live integration sync row
* **Stealth Devices** capability (beta) — identifies devices outside of existing management platforms
* Configurable **default homepage** in [Settings → Misc](/settings/misc) — pick Dashboard or Device Explorer
