The Kandji integration enables ThreatAware to collect data from your Kandji system.

Log in to Kandji Admin Console

Generate an API Token

  • In the Kandji console, navigate to Settings > Access Tokens.
  • Click Create New Token to generate an API token for ThreatAware integration.
  • Set the permissions required for ThreatAware, typically Read-only for monitoring, or adjust based on integration needs.
  • Copy the API Token once it is generated.

Input API Token in ThreatAware

  • Open ThreatAware, go to Integrations, and select Kandji.
  • Paste the API Token and Kandji URL into their respective fields.

Verification and troubleshooting

After entering the API credentials, confirm that the Integration Status in ThreatAware shows as Active.
  • Invalid API Token: Double-check the API Token entry for accuracy.
  • Permission Denied: Verify that the token has the necessary permissions for ThreatAware’s access in Kandji.
  • Refer to the Kandji API Documentation for detailed permissions and API setup.
  • API tokens should be securely stored, as they provide access to Kandji’s management data.
