The MaaS360 integration enables ThreatAware to collect data from your MaaS360 system.

Log in to IBM MaaS360 Admin Portal

Generate API Credentials

  • In the MaaS360 portal, navigate to Setup > Services > API Access.
  • Click Add API Key and configure a new key specifically for ThreatAware integration.
  • Set permissions required for the integration, such as Read-only access to relevant data.
  • Copy the API Key, API Username, and Application ID generated for use in ThreatAware.

Input API Credentials in ThreatAware

  • Open ThreatAware, go to Integrations, and select MaaS360.
  • Enter the API Key, API Username, and Application ID in their respective fields.

Verification and troubleshooting

Confirm that the Integration Status in ThreatAware displays as Active after setup.
  • Invalid Credentials: Double-check the API Key, API Username, and Application ID for accuracy.
  • Permission Issues: Ensure that the API credentials have the necessary permissions configured for ThreatAware’s access in MaaS360.

  • Securely store API credentials as they provide access to MaaS360 data.
